Document requirements being submitted for the Swiss market can be time consuming for fund managers.

- provision of a certificate of translation accuracy.
- optimisation, removal of sub-funds that are not registered in Switzerland from the document.
- insertion of additional information such as the Swiss representative.
- addition of any required Swiss specific disclaimers, further to confirmation from the responsible Swiss party.
- liaison with the appointed Swiss counsel and /or representative for approval of the document and prompt provision of final files for filing at FINMA.
