  • Direct liaison with manager providers

    Prisma liaises directly with fund administrators, financial/legal advisors, local offices, auditors and other parties relevant to the particular project.
    While maintaining an oversight of the timelines and actions of related parties, we are able to monitor the progress of a project and follow up or escalate where necessary.

  • Inventory management

    Prisma can offer intelligent inventory management solutions to the fund industry. We can manage, distribute and control your dissemination of hard and soft copies of financial documents.

  • Keeping track of legal requirements

    To save valuable time and resources within our client’s team, Prisma can verify legal requirements in all relevant jurisdictions by collaborating with legal counsels and/or local offices directly on our client’s behalf.

    The outcome and further analysis of Prisma’s direct contact with the various parties would be reported and presented to our client for their reference.

  • Liaise with third party to receive shareholder register

    Prisma will liaise with the transfer agent or other parties to organise the timely reception of the shareholder register for mailings.  Our PFS certified mailing house and strict adherence rules ensure complete data protection.

  • Maintain contact list of legal representatives

    Prisma will maintain an up to date database of all client legal representatives in order to ensure accurate communications throughout the project, thus eliminating the need to re-collate complex directories.

  • Review and approval coordination with local offices and legal counsel

    Prisma maintains good relationships with various law firms in all the major fund domiciles.

    In order to ensure compliance with the various jurisdictions’ requirements, Prisma can liaise with the local legal counsel on our client’s behalf for document review and approval.  Further to the approval of documentation, Prisma would provide final copies to all relevant parties for filing with local regulators or for internal records.

    Prisma coordinates the cost oversight of a project with our client’s legal counsels. Each legal counsel has to provide us with their expected costs before commencing the reviewing/filing process. This step will support our client in keeping track of the overall project costs.

    Our clients can expect full clarity of the process and review steps with the legal counsel.

  • Timetable production

    Prisma analyses new projects and identifies important milestones in collaboration with the client to define target and key dates for all involved parties. By using internal organisation tools, the Project Managers keep track of all timings, liaise with the various participants and adapt timings when required.

  • Workflow preparation

    With years of experience in the financial services sector and with a full understanding of our clients’ needs, Prisma is experienced in organising multiple parties for each project. At the commencement of a project, Prisma will work with the client and provide workflows and timelines in order to offer full clarity on the proceedings.

    Prisma coordinates and harmonises the translation process while ensuring consistency throughout the documents. We organise the typesetting data flow and full optimisation, the proof checking and quality control.

    Prisma maintains an oversight of multi-party document review while monitoring deadlines throughout the entire project.

    Prisma coordinates the production of digital and offset print and the dissemination of signed-off soft and hard copies to all relevant parties.
