“I am consistent in everything I do” – Carole Miltgen

Paperjam interviewed our CEO Carole Miltgen for their “Unusual Suspect” series. She spoke about the importance of consistency, staying true to oneself while listening to advise and the challenges of the future.

Here is a small excerpt (translated from French):

I’ve always stayed true to myself and my line, even when people have tried to dissuade or destabilise me.

Following my intuition, even in difficult situations, has proved to be a good solution for me. That’s not to say that I didn’t ask for help when I needed it. I was once told “if you ask for help, no one will refuse you”, and I find that to be true.
